What a package carries
Benefits differ by tier and run from complimentary exhibition space and delegate passes through to co-naming rights, speaking slots and named positions in the programme. The full schedule of benefits is in the Chapter's sponsorship pack, which the Secretariat will send on request.
Sponsors are named on this site only with written permission, and a package that has been offered but not accepted is shown as proposed rather than as fact. Current sponsors and partners

The programme
The running order below is the Chapter's published intention for a two-day programme. It carries no times and no dates, because none is confirmed.
Day one
-
Opening and official exhibition tour
Formal opening, then straight into the floor. The route runs through the agribusiness, manufacturing, mobility, MSME and technology zones.
Planned -
Plenary — Nyamira open for business
The county opportunity put to financiers, buyers and manufacturers: agriculture, value addition, the industrial park, logistics and investment facilitation, with a response panel that answers in requirements rather than in praise.
Planned -
Sector rooms
Concurrent clinics: tea, coffee and horticulture; dairy and livestock; manufacturing, mining and construction; finance and export readiness.
Planned -
AI Pavilion preview
Industry problem statements put to university teams, with the deployment pathway and the sponsor challenge route explained on the floor.
Planned
Day two
-
Business breakfast — buyers, financiers and exporters
Curated tables by sector. Each table records the opportunity, the requirement, the owner and a follow-up date.
Planned -
Plenary — from county enterprise to market
Export readiness, standards, aggregation, logistics, digital trade and what a buyer actually requires before a first order.
Planned -
B2B and B2G matchmaking
Pre-booked buyer-seller, government-business and finance-enterprise meetings, with the Secretariat recording next actions against named owners.
Planned -
Deal desk report
Verified meetings, applications, signed instruments and next actions only. Nothing is announced that has not happened.

Why exhibit here
The Expo sits next door to a designated County Aggregation and Industrial Park serving an eight-county catchment, in a county named a lead for several Lake Region value chains. Those are the reasons a buyer travels, and each is sourced at the foot of this page.
